NFA Fingerprinting
The National Futures Association (NFA) requires any individual applying to register as an associated person (AP), floor broker (FB), floor trader (FT) to submit a completed fingerprint card. The NFA will then submit these signed fingerprint cards to the FBI, where criminal record history is determined. Please note, the NFA specifies that applicants submit three fingerprint cards to avoid delays.
